As in most renovated buildings in Beirut, it’s very common to face plumbing issues from time to time. I had to face one of the worst kinds, toilet flooding… The nightmare took place last Saturday afternoon; I obviously called my conventional plumber “M3alem S.”. He tried his best to solve the problem, but finally he gave up and suggested me a company whom services were previously used by our building. I called the company,two hours later, the company’s team showed up, headed by the nice lady, Mrs. Amal, and in a manner reflecting nothing but high professionalism, my problem disappeared… So thanks to the efficient diagnose system “Drain Aid” have, the problem was found and solved, and I was able to escape the hassle of the conventional headache of a full plumbing renovation. “Thank you” is but a modest way to express my gratitude to this humble, funny, entrepreneur lady.
